Affordable Holter Monitor Rental Options

We offer flexible Holter Monitor rental plans to fit your needs:

$99 for a 7-day rental – Ideal for testing a single dog only.
$149 for a 10-day rental – Suitable for testing one dog or multiple dogs.
$199 for a 14-day rental – Designed for testing multiple dogs.

Additional Supplies for Multiple Dogs: Each rental includes hookup supplies for one dog. For additional dogs, a $20 fee per dog will be added to cover the cost of extra supplies.

Deposit: A $500 deposit is required in addition to the rental and shipping fees. The deposit will be refunded minus any fees for late returns, lost, or damaged equipment.

Credit/Debit Card: A credit/debit card must be provided at the time of your Holter Monitor Rental to cover any costs exceeding the $500 deposit. Charges will only occur in the event of damages, late returns, or non-returned equipment.

Shipping Your Holter Monitor Rental

You are also responsible for shipping fees, which includes both outbound and return shipping. Actual shipping charges will be confirmed before the contract is signed and must be paid up front along with your rental fee and deposit.

We utilize USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping, which includes:

1–2 business day delivery
Signature required upon delivery
$2,000 insurance to protect the equipment
Pre-paid return label provided via email when you're ready to send back your equipment.

Holter Interpretation

We do not provide interpretations for your Holter test. You are responsible for sending your Holter reading to your choice of provider. We personally utilize Alba Medical for interpretations and pricing typically ranges from $40 to $100 depending on your needs.

How the Rental Process Works

Submit Your Request: Complete our Holter Monitor Rental Request form below. We will contact your directly to confirm your rental request.
Holter Monitor Rental Agreement: Sign your rental agreement prior to making any payment. We will send this over via email once your email is approved.
Payment Confirmation: Securely pay your Rental Fees, Shipping Fees and Deposit, via Zelle. We currently only accept Zelle for Holter Monitor Rental Payments. You will be required to provide a credit/debit card to cover fees for late, damage or non-returned items exceeding the $500 deposit.
Receive Equipment: Your rental period begins on the day the equipment ships out.
Perform Testing: Use the provided instructions to test your dog(s).
Holter Interpretation: Upload the Holter file to your choice of provider - we personally use Alba Medical who provides interpretations from $40-$100 depending on your needs.
Return the Equipment: Let us know 24 hours before you are ready to return. We will email you a pre-paid return label. Ship the items back using the provided return label in the appropriate USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box.

Optional Data Extraction and Submission Service

For $25 per dog, we can handle the process of extracting data off of the provided SD Card(s) and submit the information on your behalf to alba medical. This fee is in addition to the fee you would pay to Alba Medical for them to read and interpret the report, which you are responsible for paying directly.
