• 7-Day Rental – $100 via Zelle ($150 Standard Pricing)

• 10-Day Rental – $150 via Zelle ($200 Standard Pricing)

• 14-Day Rental – $200 via Zelle ($250 Standard Pricing)

Discounted pricing listed is available for qualifying payments made via Zelle. All payments must be made via Zelle to qualify for the discount.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for shipping fees, which include both outbound and return shipping. Actual shipping charges will be confirmed prior to payment.

• USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping - $80

  • Estimated 2-3 business day delivery (Not including Sundays) - Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Arrowhead Dobermans.

• UPS Two Day Air - $150

  • Guaranteed 2 business day delivery (excluding Sundays) - Arrowhead Dobermans will automatically extend your rental duration for qualifying carrier-related delivery delays at no additional charge

  • Shipments are processed Monday through Friday only

  • Signature confirmation upon delivery

    • Failed delivery attempts due to no authorized recipient being available to sign for the package do not qualify as carrier-related delivery delays under the 2-business day delivery guarantee.

What’s Included in Your Rental Package?

Each rental kit includes everything needed for comprehensive cardiac testing. The following items must be returned at the end of the rental period:

• 1 Digital Alba Holter Monitor

• 1 Holter Monitor Cable

• 1 K9 Holter Vest

  • ML, or

  • L

• 1 Holter Monitor Device Pouch

• 1 Holter Vest Belt

• 1 Memory Card(s) per dog (if available)

• 1 Memory Card Reader

• Hookup Instruction Sheet

Additional Addons

• Each rental includes hookup supplies for one dog. Additional dogs are $30 per dog to cover the cost of extra consumable supplies.

• Rental includes 1 vest. We currently offer 2 vest sizes (ML & L). Include both vests in your rental for $30.

The following consumable items are included with your rental and do not need to be returned:

• Electrodes

• Self-Adhesive Bandage

• Adhesive Remover Wipes

• Battery

• Patient Diary

Optional Holter Interpretation Services

For customer convenience, we offer optional Holter interpretation coordination services. This is a great option for customers who do not have access to a computer or who prefer a more streamlined experience. Once testing is complete, we can upload and coordinate your Holter recording with a third-party interpretation provider on your behalf. Please note that all Holter interpretations are completed exclusively by independent third-party providers. Arrowhead Dobermans does not interpret Holter recordings or provide veterinary medical advice.

• Canine Service Type I - $100 (24 Hour Scan Interpretation)

  • A certified technician will carefully scan them and generate a detailed professional report, complete with a clear PVC summary added to the cover page. This is a manual scan, not a computer-generated scan. The complete report will be sent to you via email.

• Canine Service Type II - $150 (24 Hour Scan Interpretation)

  • This is a more in-depth service for customers who want a cardiologist’s overview of their study. Type II Service is required for OFA Submission (unless you have your own Cardiologist who will do a similar interpretation report for you. If you already paid the $100 for Type I service, you can later upgrade to type II for the additional $50.

If you do not opt in to the Optional Holter Interpretation Service, you are responsible for coordinating interpretation.
